How RUU Came Alive
Back in 2016, we started our development and marketing agency right here in Mumbai. Companies came to us when they needed websites, booking systems, or lead generation tools built fast. We delivered. But we kept seeing the same problem over and over.
Clients had big ideas but got stuck buying tools from different companies—one for payments, another for calendars, one more for messaging. They’d spend a ton on these tools, then pay us even more to connect everything. The software wasn’t the real problem. It was all the time wasted fixing broken connections every single month.
Then 2023 hit, and AI changed everything. Voice technology was the next big thing. We’d worked on voice features for clients before—speech recognition here, voice generation there—but it was always a mess.
